Olmstead is owned and operated by husband and wife team Lisa Tomlinson and Jesse Elliott and business partner Gregg Holcomb, three longtime restaurant industry veterans. While Gregg owns and operates Witness Bar, Lisa the front of house manager and Chef Jesse are first time restaurant owners. Olmstead took over the location of The Broadway Grill which had closed 7 years previously with the intention of bringing the much-loved space back to the neighborhood. The idea behind Olmstead was to create a restaurant, bar and event space that would serve the community, from Sunday brunches to late night comedy shows and everything in between.
